RPC bpi group acquires PLASgran, and adds rigid plastic recycling to core business

As a part of RPC bpi group’s ongoing commitment to working towards a world where nothing goes to waste, RPC Group announce the acquisition of PLASgran Ltd, the UK’s leading recycler of rigid plastics.
The expanded RPC bpi recycling business will serve the UK and mainland European markets with recycling capabilities now in excess of 120,000 tonnes, and continues the momentum in offering th customers market leading sustainable solutions.
Based in Wimblington, Cambridgeshire and established in 1999, PLASgran recycles nearly 50,000 tonnes and having made a series of strategic investments in recent years so as to position them as a best in class recycler. The management team, led by Mark Roberts, is highly experienced and will bring strong technical capabilities into the group.
