UNITED STATES: A permeable scent despite the induction sealing
posted Sunday 31 January 2021
Sniff Seal coating technology provides an olfactory experience by allowing the permeation of scent through the seal by induction, even through facemasks, without removing the seal and compromising the contents.
Many product categories can benefit from the technology: food, beverages, personal care and cosmetics. “Imagine smelling fresh peanut butter or a mango scented shampoo on a shelf without removing the cover! Sniff Seal also minimizes contact between the product and the casual buyer,” said David Andrulonis, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Tri-Seal, a business unit of Tekni-Plex.
