High performance PE food film

Berry Global has improved the elasticity, strength and stretch of its Omni Xtra+ film for fresh food applications including fruits and vegetables, meat and poultry, deli and bakery products.

The film is 25% thinner and lighter than traditional PVC alternatives. RecyClass and Interseroh certified, it is recyclable in PE film streams and complies with current European recycling directives. To enhance in-store appeal, it is of much higher clarity than traditional PE plastic films, with strong anti-fog and anti-condensation properties, comparable to PVC.
